Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is a secondary metabolite of the mycelium of the Ganoderma genus
fungus of the Polyporaceae family, and exists in the mycelium and fruiting bodies of the Ganoderma
genus fungus. The Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies are crushed and added with a small amount of
culture medium for fermentation. After fermentation, the raw materials are centrifuged, the supernatant is
concentrated in low temperature vacuum, dialyzed, ethanol precipitated, washed with acetone,
deproteinized, spray dried, and finally 10% water is added to extract the dry powder and mixed.
Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is a light brown to brown powder that is soluble in hot water.
